United StatesThis is my first purchase and I bought a 3xl. I am a sure fit 18/20 in women’s clothing, but had read lots of different reviews of the dress, the material, and fit. My weight is in my belly; my chest is a 38 DDDD. I’m glad I went with a 3xl. It was flattering, comfortable, and compliments galore from people. I also went with the regular length. I am 5’7 and I needed a wedge to get the dress up off the ground. Flat sandals wouldn’t have worked. I also appreciated the sleeve length.
